I've converted a few but with mixed results. The AC won't be very cold because the OEM condenser is not efficient enough for R134a. Electric fans and a fan shroud can help considerably, but it still is not quite as cold as the R12 system. :Does anyone know if a york a/c compressor on a 75 comet 302 will convert to r134a? If not any suggestions this is a 49,000 mile original car I dont want MickeyMouse! Thank you John. |
