I use Hot Shot/R414B which is a R12 Replacement. It's a direct drop in with no oil change and the temps and presures are close to R12. You use 80% of the R12 Weight and Charge it as a Liquid. I've had it in my Wifes 76 Mav for a year and a Half and And in My Grabber For 3 Weeks and it works great. You can buy it at Most Johnstone Supplys or check the Web site at wwww.icorinternational.com. The only problem I had was the old lines on my wifes had to be remade because of dry rott but other than that it works great.
