Door windows come out real easy. There are only 2 plastic retainers that have to be removed on the track. Remove the door panel (pry on the clips, not the panel)and drop the window down untill you have the retainers lined up with the holes in the door. Take a punch or small phillips & punch out the pin in the center of the grommet. Now you can reach around the back of the retainer & push them out. Be careful because the window will drop & is heavy. Once it is free just angle the top of the window towards the inside & work it out.
