I do not think it was extremely well maintained because the rear axle fluid looked like it had never been changed (black and chunky) so i flushed it out the best I could and probably will change it again next time I change the oil filter and oil. I think this is mainly due to the fact that an elderly lady owned and drove this car for most of it's life. And the body has a few nicks here and there.
