It is an 84 block with pistons that are flush with the deck! Of interest, it has a very shallow dish in the center, maybe .050 inch deep and 2 inches in diameter. No valve reliefs! The block is out of an 84 Lincoln Mark VII. The heads on there currently are 69cc and I have a set of E7's which are 66cc. I figured the CR on the 84 block was originally 8.5:1 but maybe it is 9:1, anybody know for sure. When changing to the 66cc heads I figured on a .3 gain. Any thoughts?
