bumper swap

Somewhere there was a website that described in detail a swap from the big to small bumpers. I have a 74 Comet GT. I have purchased a '73 that I intend to use the bumpers off of. I have the bumpers off of mine- the donor car has not been touched. I want to do it right. Any help is appreciated.
