:Has any body used a shift kit in a non electronic AOD? It shifts ok but doesn't hold the gears long enough other than that it works ok.
:For the record Chattanooga to Chicago and back 22mpg with the A/C on.
... There are a nunber of shift kit providers, Level 10 in NJ, Bauumn, Len Tech in Ontario, Canada and others.
... Len Tech I know can offer complete manuel control kit that gives 1-2-3/4 shifting. Overdrive occuurs only when you lift the throttle.
