:Has anyone put a stroker motor in their mav. or any other Ford for that matter. Or knows someone who has. If so, any pro's or con's and what kit and who did you get it from. Thanks!
The only con seems to be longevity from motors with extreme strokes, like the 351 based 427. The side loading from the length of the stroke causes extra wear and oil consumption after some time. I have heard no complaints about the 347, although the bottom end is not as beefy as a 351.
