well I'm not entirely sure what exactly your problem is. but I"m gathering that you have no lights whatsoever. if that's the case I'd be most inclined to say it's your light switch in the dash. if it's just your turn signals not working than I"d say check your turn signal swith in the steering column. the connection for the power is obviously not being made.
