:got my mav back on the road not to long ago,had the rear shock support repaired now the front is making noises, any body have any idea's on how to make them go away!!!I dont have a radio cuz it's a radio delete car, hope to get some pictures posted soon, thank you in advance for all your help!!! Al, I'm not sure if this will cure your particular problem or not but you may need to simply install grease fittings in your upper control arms on your front suspension. The car did not come with fittings from the factory and after a few years, the car will start squeaking like crazy. You will either have to replace the upper control arm bushings or install the grease fittings in the end of the bushing after removing the small cap screw in them. The only problem here is that there is not enough room to just simply screw them in. On my cars, I use my plasma cutter and cut a small one inch hole in the shock tower on the front and back of the control arm in order to get a small socket on the fittings. This is a little tight getting to the back of the shock tower unless your engine is out (perfect time) but can be done. This hole will also enable you to use your grease gun everytime you change your oil and pump a shot of grease in each bushing. This will cure your bushing squeak forever not to mention make them last probably longer than you'll keep the car. You can then cover up the hole by snapping in a onch inch rubber plug which you can usually find from a donor car or (my junk box) or can probably find one at the local Auto Zone or similar. I've had one of my Grabbers for 26 years and did this procedure first time in 1978 on this car and have yet to have to replace another bushing...and no squeaks. I hope this helps your problem.
