My first car was my 77 Maverick that I still drive (though not to work). It was my girlfriend's car first, but she was never crazy about it (still isn't), and she got a great deal on another car with less miles, so I got the Mav. Well, sort of. I didn't actually OWN the Mav until I MARRIED the girl So, we've had the Mav for 11 years now. I've hardly put a dime into it, and it's still going strong.
