I did them on my mav too. I went from Halogen to Xenon HID and noticed a little difference in my dims and a Drastic difference on my Highs. Definutely worth every penny. They look neat during the day when they are off, from a angle they look like normal headlights, but the closer you get to strait on the more blue you see.

:I finally installed the HID headlites I bought off of ebay on my 1976 Ford Wagon. I was running standard lites (old yellers!!), I hadn't even upgraded to Halegons yet. These HID's make a HUGE DIFFERENCE!! It is like day lite out front. A real nice white lite...and not to bright for oncoming traffic either. I highly recommend this upgrade.

:As a side note, the is the 1976 Wagon that I just got painted. I did all the sanding and bodywork myself. Took it to the local "One-Day Body and Paint" place...similar to an Earl Scheib or a Maaco. I took it in Monday, picked it up last Friday. They primered it, sanded that, then base/clear coat paint. I brought it home and wet sanded and buffed it, polished, then waxed it. I would have to say it turned out real nice for a cheap paint job. Most people would never guess it cost $450 to get it painted...and that was with them buying all the paint and materials. For those of you in New Castle on Thursday Evening...I will probably drive that over.
