1. The brakets for all of the engine add ons will not swap onto a 200 I6 from an 0 I6. The water pump has a longer snout and that means that all the pulleys are in slightly different places. 2. You could take your time, rebuild the 250 while you are driving around in the 200 and swap in a fresh engine without having any down time for your car. The C4 bell housing will bolt to your tranny and should you deside to go to a 302 later you are good to go. (I am assuming that both cars are automatic.) 3. You will have everything that you need to give your car power breaks and steering. Except the motor mounting bracets for the P/S pump.
