It's entirely Streetable but would like to get more air out of the front end during launches. I've been thinkng NOS (Nitrous) would help a bit here but don't know anything about it. Can anyone provide any recommendations on this?

It is dangerous to use NOS with forced induction. You can melt pistons and blow your engine very easily. I would deffinitely stay away from the idea unless you have a "full race" setup and can afford to rebuild the engine very soon.
