Alice's dash is in even better condition than when I bought her 5 years ago... What I've done is 1) keep it protected from sunlight as much as possible (windshield shades when parked) and 2) once every couple of months I treat it with "Armorall vinal conditioner and protectant" or the like... I spray it on and rub it in... (reminds me...something to do this weekend!)
