Yea those are a real pain in the butt. First of all use a socket not a wrench. A six sided socket is beter than a wrench because it will help you match that angle the bolts are in and you will be less likely to strip them. Those funky washers have to be bent back out of the way. I used a good flat head srewdrive. If you have only broken the head off of one bolt then that is no big deal. If you have just stripped the bolt then, do what I did and cut the head off with a grinding wheel on your drill. Once you get the rest of the bolts out you can double nut the remaining bolot and that twists out fairly easily.
