Any tranny shop has them the 302 and C4 combo is NOT Mav specific. If you are going to a parts store or a tranny shop and asking for an 197? Maverick part then you might talk to an IDIOT who tells you to go to a Bone Yard. Just mention the C4 and a 302 and you should not have a problem. I know the tube on my 200 is different from my 302 but the 289 (67 Mustang)is the same as the 302(76 Maverick). the difference is that the tube on the 200 (71 Maverick) bolts to one of the starter bolts and the 302 bolts in a different spot. all 3 of my Fords have the C$ tranny.
