Nope, save your money. If there the same ones I used about 40 years ago, you drop one into each spark plug hole and then drive the car. Supposed to melt and seal around the rings. Had a Studebaker that was notorious for smoking, tried these and after a 1000 miles or so, still smoked. Pulled the head off the I6 and there they were each sitting on top of the pistons like a wad of chewing gum. Whenever rings and cylinder walls are worn there is only one fix, rebuild time.
