:It's time for me to replace the shocks in my 73 grabber. Does anybody have any recommendations for a good set of performance shocks?

I run the KYB Gas-Adjust, which are the high pressure gas shocks. They are no longer listed for mavericks in the KYB database. KYB still makes the softer gas shock (GR2?) but they aren't as good as the Gas-Adjust.

The front application is the same as a 65-70 Mustang. You can buy them at Mustang houses for $30 or less. The rear is interchangable with the Granada. Nobody has them anymore. There is a guy that sells them on ebay every once in a while. I type "ford kyb" in the search engine and he comes up every once in a while. They are new in the box and he lists them as Granada shocks in the auctions. He must have bought some old inventory as I have seen him sell a few pairs on ebay. His reserve is 39.95 for the pair and you shouldn't have to pay much more. Good luck.
