I've seen these wedges and they are nicely made with some special grade eight bolts with angled heads to compensate for the angle. Probably $20-30 worth of bolts. You might spend only three bucks on the aluminum, but you'll spend three or four hours hacking them out. Skilled machinist shop rate is what, $40-50/hr? So yeah, I can see why they could cost $240. It's like buying anything else. If you buy a magazine, the paper is only worth $.02, but you don't complain about that do you? Not going to start publishing your own But seriously, the guys who sell suspension stuff for street use have high prices largely because of the liability issues. Insurance and lawyers cost a ton.
