First, take a small screwdriver and carefully remove the screw cover on the latch itself where it attached to the car. Under this cover is two phillips screws...remove those. Now the window should be able to fold out far enough to remove the weatherstrip from around the window opening. It just snaps off. Pull it off. Now swing the window out far enough so that you can access the 3 phillips screws on the hinge side. I would recommend removing these screws from the outside of the car so you can hold onto the window.
