 ...it's a '74 and when you remove the kickpanels you will see a "pre made" opening for round speakers in the body structure. If I am remembering correctly I 'believe' they were six inches across. In any event you can measure the opening once the kick panel is off.

NOTE: I also discovered that this only seems to be applicable to '73+ models...my '72 DOES NOT have the 'speaker holes' nor the markings on the kick panel.
