Hi Jason,
your bracket lowers your P/S cylinder which is connected to your drag link. If you look under your steering gear box you will see the cylinder that I'm talking about, the bracket bolts to your frame and the P/S cylinder bolts to the other side of the bracket like a shock absorber. (kinda looks like one too) There is only three bolts that holds the bracket on and they aren’t to hard to get to but you should unbolt the P/S cylinder first. If you still have problems just email me and I will send you some pix.

:I just recently got some Hooker Comp headers for my 74 maverick. 302. I also got the Flowtech "relocating bracket" for my power steering. i was hoping to get the exhaust put on this weekend, but i want to save a little money and relocate the power steering myself. The problem is.. i have no idea how this bracket works or where it goes to??? can anybody give me some good directions on how to do this?? i want to be sure i do it right, because the muffler shop is 30 miles from where the car is currently at. Thank you very much.
