After all the BS Alice and I have gone through I find that I'm at that point where I might have to through in the towel... went in to investigate exactly WHY Oil is comming up and over my HOOD.... the prospects are not good. Valve covers are not leaking (as I hoped.. something I could afford) and car may be deemed "to dangerous" (ie too many things wrong) for the shop to work on.
:She will NOT go to a wrecker NOR will I part her out. Trying to think of PRACTICLE ways to either store her or invest in finding her a new home. :Anyone who MIGHT be interested in taking my baby with some rather odd terms (ie Buy-back option) can drop my a line. :Paulie Check that your oil filter is on tight but not too tight(if you tighten them too much you can force the gasket out of it's groove, it WILL leak like a russian race horse). |
