Paulie;if I interpet you right, what is happening is the crank case pressure is going very high in order to force the dipstick out of it's tube.But even then "normally" no oil should be forced out the tube. That suggest 'severe blow by' the rings or a cracked piston,possibly a head gasket blown into the lifter valley area causing the pressure. A compression test would find the blown gasket or a cracked piston pretty easy. As for rings, there could be broken ring/s on one or more pistons. Get the engine cleaned then pull the dipstick. Note weather oil come out when idling is not, hold thum over the end-rev engine and note it a pressure buildup occurrs. If so you know pretty much what you got. This is about it form up here in the north pole.Good luck.
