Tracy; just a couple things. First, it is easier to put the engine, trans together, put it in the car. Leave the mounts loose, and tip the engine up a bit and drop the headers in. The drivers side from the top, the passenger side from the bottom. Very difficult to do with the headers on the engine. Second, the headers will work with the manual trans, you just have to have a floor shift, as the shift arms on the column will be in the way of the headers. Not a difficult thing to do, just a bit time consuming. I have a '69.5 that I did the 302 conversion on, and it is great. Be sure to change to the disc brakes. Let us know how it goes,
Earl
