measurments for coil over

I got the second frame rail plated tonight. I was wondering if someone could give me the measurement from the bottom of the frame rail straight down to the top OR bottom of the lower control arm, (whichever is easier), with the weight ON the wheels and on a jack with the weight OFF the wheels. Thank you ahead of time!
