The point of spending that much on restoring a car is often lost on many people. You are not yet awhere of the hassle that is involved in restoring a car. If it is as you say then I would consider the price and try to deal down a little. Having the engine evaluated already and the rest of the car is in fine condition makes the price worth consideration. The only item I can think of would be that the tires should be replaced as they dry rot even though not used. Its a condition were the phenols in the rubber evaporate out over time and leave the rubber hard and prone to crack leaving the cord left for strength. Good luck on your venture.
