Last month our near-perfect 74 Comet standard sedan was sideswiped by a hit and run driver. We have already scavenged a grille, hood trim, right front door, and headlight trim. We still need a right front fender, right rear wheel arch trim, and right front fender trim. This is a standard model Comet -- it has the plain chrome trim (no colored inserts) that is mounted at the very top edge of the fender.

We've had conflicting reports on what years of front fender we can use. One guy said only a 73 or 74 fender can be used, and another said any year is fine. Does anyone on the List know?

We're not real thrilled with the headlight trim we found. We'll use it if we have to, but we'd like to find a better one.
