:? Your characters are not part of any standard Ford block Id for U.S. production. I have no info on Australian or Mexico produced engine parts.
..Providing your charicters are not of some late model block id,
an example of standard block id for say a 302 for 1974 would be D4DE-6015-AA. There are many other id's per the years etc. that follow the same pattern. This id pattern gives the year, the car line used in, the basic block # (6015) and the revision letter/s.
..Look again on the bottom of the block near the pan mounting rail for an id that looks much like the example, or anywhere else on the block that look simular.
