I don't know many details unless something is infront of me or if I've dealt with it before. I don't know what the TV cable is either. I susspect it is like the kick down linkage but designed to shift out of over-drive.??????? Who knows I'll find out some day. Thanks and have a good night. . . In an above thread, about hooking up the kickdown, the cable going down to the AOD is the same and will connect to the trans at its normal point on the trans with NO alterations as this is now a stock setup. This cable is needed, as the design of the trans needs it's internal fluid pressure controlled via this external cable that is connected to the throttle assembly at the EFI throttle body on a fuel injection engine. This is a must have item, in proper adjustment or the trans will be damaged. .If installing an AOD in a carbed car, then the linkage listed above or hardware from another car that had the same setup must be used. ..Ken
