Definitely not...the C6 is much too fat to fit the transmission tunnel. Your best bet is to stick with the C4. The C4 can really be strengthened up by a good tranny shop if that's what you're looking for. It's like Craig said, you'd have to make major modifications to the floor and it's just not worth it.
