You can easily get a 13.1 WITHOUT nitrous on a DUAL plane. Just buy a well matched combo of parts. As for losing a couple tenths to look like a drag car; reminds me of pro-stock wings on a Honda.... I would never cut a hole in my hood to go slower... but to each his own.
