:reading in another link about putting a 351 in a Mav. and they suggested installing a monte carlo bar, but I do not know what that is, thanks for the help. It's a piece of steel that gets in the way of working on the engine everytime you need to do something. It's a perfect barrier to keep anyone away from the distributor!! If you can modify an export brace from a Mustang, you'll get far more support for the front end. A 1" sway bar from Harris Mustang (Charlotte) will also make it handle a LOT better.
