Get a overdrive trans bolt on for the C-4 and put 4.11 in the rearend. In OD that'll give you 2.80.
Reasoning, the trans is already mounted and hooked up. Get a new driveline and keep the old one and the tailshaft and you can always convert back. And it looks factory with no outside give aways.
does anyone have any recommendations on which manual transmission i should use in my car without having to make modifications to the car itself? if anyone has any ideas please let me know. right now i plan to put a tremec TKO behind the 351W, but i was told that there might need major modifications to the car itself. please help me decide before i go ahead and do this shift. by the way, right now the car is automatic.
