Ah! That explains why the thread is bigger on the Comet's hose--Everything is bigger in Texas! -Doug

::I need to replace the rubber brake lines on the front end that go from the steel line on the frame to the wheel cylinder on my '72. Are these available at an auto parts, or Ford? Are they Maverick specific?
::
:::I was gong to use the lines off of my '72 Comet parts car, but the threads are different! (On both ends)! What's the deal? Maybe a mid-year change or something? -Doug
:
:..Parts car must be a 68 Mav! Kidding aside, I checked parts for various years and engine combos and didnot come up with anything that was different so don't know what you have. Auto Zone, Advance, and Parts America has the hoses unless the country of Texas won't let them across the border.! Kidding again.
:Best to you, Ken
