I had already bought some Sunfire seats for my Mav, but tracking down the Shelby Mav pictures has just fanned my interest in building a "phantom" Shelby Mav all the more. To that end, I'm looking into the feasibility of going with '70s Mach I seats (standard equipment in the last Shelbys) in my '73 Maverick(going to the '70-'72 look bumpers too). Did I imagine it, or did I read somewhere that Mustang buckets were virtually a bolt in swap (same holes and all?)into a Maverick? Would sure appreciate any input available on this. Thanks.
By the way, feel free to add any comments on what you think a "Made in the U.S.A." Shelby Mav would have/should have featured or looked like. Thanks again. John B.
