Heat not hot enough

Well I got a 195* thermis stat in my car and when I crank up the heater in the car and its at 195 the air doesn't feel all that worm, I just got the rad. rebuilt, and I have 1/2 water & coolent in the system, it is worm but not like hot to were you want it on a winter day, is it normal, because its a six, and its old or do I have a problem some were??
