:thanks for the info for decoding. What i really need is info to get a duplicate title, cause the original burnt in a house fire a few years back, and since i was restoring the car, i wasn't too concerned then.now i'm in desperate need. the car was last licsensed in 1979. thanks for any help!! ..Go to state website--www.dmv.state.pa.us--- look at FAQ. It says you need to fill out form MV-380. This can be downloaded or see a local contact for help.
