Nope was going by the manufactures data, haven't had the nerve to goto a truck wiegh station and ask em if i can. They say the 70 is 2500 and some change. Will have to work the nerve up some time and do it.

:remember, 73+ weigh more than the early models, generally around 3100-3300.
:btw, unofficial tests, my slightly modded 74 Comet runs about 7-8 seconds 0-60.

::nah the maverick wieghs 2900, i wiegh in at about 240 to 250. Fast street car is the goal as far at 0 to 60 times with a build to the 1/4 times. Will keep ya posted, i am dying to get the engine in.
