:a little trick i learned in a wrecking yard...put your right knee behind the lower part of the wheel at about the 5 o'clock position and your left had opposite at about the 11 o'clock position.now pull real hard as you or somebody else smacks the center bolt with a big platic mallet. it worked great for me as i was getting a turn signal switch from a donor car in a wrecking yard. tokk about 4 or 5 good whacks You need a steering wheel puller. You can buy them at places like auto zone pretty reasonable. It will have bolts that screw into the steering wheel and it pushes against the steering shaft. |
