Heater works and then doesn't and then does???

Ok some days after I start the engin and it gets up to 190 plus I turn the heart on and worm air comes out, and on others it is HOT I'm puzzeld some thing going out???? If so what so I can get before it gets reall cold the car is a 75 with a/c 250
