I remember (what seems ages ago) driving "Pegasus" then know as "Pega-smoka-lot" with its weazy 6 cyl 250. It was owned previously by somebody who didn't care alot about the car. Just enough to put bailing wire and duct tape on it to hold it together. I've seen cars in the junkyard that were in better shape than the way we found this one, much less paid $500 for. Trust me when I say the whole neighborhood got a free mosquito control run just bringing it home! It was an eyesore to my neighbors during the restoration, everyone took notice (they couldn't help it!) and waited for the day the homeowners association came and hauled it away, they never did. 4 years and over $10,000 later those same neighbors stop by and admire it and ask "whats next?". Bear in mind that some of the same people that wanted it gone owned 'stang projects. I've been offered no less than 6 times by Mustang drivers (and two chevy non-deserving types) to buy/trade this car. Naw, Nope and Hell No! Get your own, learn what it means to be PROUD of your car instead of following the "pack". Everyone has a 'stang, don't follow the crowd... Make them follow and want after you. Humbly submitted,
