SF, CA. But the mav's parked in the garage, she needs valve seals and I've got my hands full with my 65 Mustang daily driver. The Mav is kinda like part of the family....if need be the Mustang would be first thing sold...if worst came to worst. Our Mav
72, 302, grabber, vinyl top (black), brown with orange yellow grabber stripes. approx 89K, original miles My dad bought this car new from a local Ford dealer. It's spent it's time mainly as a 2nd/3rd car of the family and 5 years of daily driving duty on and off, both by me and my mom. (I passed my driver's test in it many, many years ago). She's a bit banged up from parking lot rash, but otherwise rust free, perfect top and interior. He said it was a showroom car, and picked it up instead of the used 68 cougar or 72 mustang they had at the dealership. Apparently the Mav was just to sharp lookin' to pass up. =) Cheers. Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone else with Mavs or Comets live around the bay area. Surely I can't be the only one. In Vallejo a few months ago there were a couple Mavericks and a Comet at the all Ford Meet and I was wondering if they were at all associated with this board. It sure would be nice to know a few Maverick/Comet people in the area. Maybe we could even start a meet somewhere. Thanks.
