Hood Hinges replacement

    hello,

    please can you help me, does anybody knows the best replacement for hood hinges? i mean from a different ford model, mine are very very damaged, i need to replace them otherwise i will have to go without the hood.

    maybe granada? there are billet hinges but theyre expensive NICE but expensive

    Maverick & Comet hinges are the only one's that will fit, besides the custom Billet ones. No other Ford used the same hinge.

    I dont believe the billet hinges directly bolt on but they do work there are a few members here that have them on there car cruizin illusion and topolino both have them

    I thought I saw where topolino had to modify his panel to make them fit correctly

    Thanks for the info. If I spend $500.00+ All I want to do is pop hood raise and nothing else.
