1973 Drum or Disk?

    Going to look at 73 2 door parts car tomorrow, its a 5 lug car but he wasnt sure if disk or drum on the front as he bought it to get the motor and tranny out of it. Did 1973 have Disk on the front or still drum brakes?

    '74 Maverick 302 5-Speed.'60 Falcon V8. '63.5 Falcon HT
    Disc brake came out in 74. I think all 75-up they came standard

    5 Lug Drum

    the 73 we got for Sam came 5 lug drum all way around.

    '73 Maverick 2-door, 302, manual trans
    Front disc became optional in '74, and standard in '76.

    The front discs on my '73 came from a '75 Comet.
