I have to say, I'm doing my Pinto wagon, originally in brown, in the brightest yellow I could find with blacked out windows. It's getting a modern power plant upgrade to a 2.3 EFI out of a fox body. The interior is gonna be black and yellow. Some people hate, I love it.

My Boss 302 was in grabber blue, so this Maverick will be also. I remember when I was young and driving my Mustang, I would see this grabber blue grabber Maverick and I loved it. It had C stripes on it, haven't seen another since that one. I want it the same as that one, it was a pretty awesome car to be honest.

So what's cool is I'm finding some of the Maverick parts from the 70 that I brought from some folks here like the black seatbelt set and some rubber. So this will be awesome in grabber blue, I will do the seats with black and grabber blue maybe, haven't decided that yet.

So I guess it will reflect my personality, jacked up in the back also with huge tire. Basically I want a car that looks like someone played with it and modified it back in the 70s :) Gotta have a hurst shifter and everything else to make it mine :D I'm pretty excited about this project and what I plan on :D

It'll handle much better of you lower the front instead of jacking up the rear, & stuff as fat a tire that will fit inside the sheetmetal.

That's cool that you're putting a 2.3EFI in your pinto.

    Those color schemes sound attractive.

Where? Wagon? What year? Pencil bumpers or big ones?

Crusin' wagons are cool, but I really don't like those bumpers. They can be tucked though!

A picture of my functional stock hood scoop. I've added a K&N air cleaner top since the picture was taken.

That looks great honestly! Nice compartment! I did black in the engine bay on my Pinto, it does look good in black instead of trying to something else.

The PO cut the hood opening so I suppose one could say it's functional...

    Normally they are just decoration...

I see I'm not the only one with a fondness for Cleveland style valve covers.

    Looks nice.
