It looks like the Unisteer kit. Nick Dominick has it on his car IIRC. It is in a thread/post from Dec. 14, 2014 but can't seem to pull it up -- some kind of issue w/ the site...
That Ebay price is good price; I have that much in my Borgeson setup and it's still old technology.
If I were to do it now -- wud go the Unisteer route even thou the starter needs to be changed to mini type starters.

I have it on my car. Easy install, but don't have any miles on it yet.

Got a link to that R&P? How much is it? Did my own for around $400, a little more work involved than just buying a kit, but well worth it.

The kit on e bay says bolt in it is a unisteer I can't see where there wouldn't be some problems involved I got on there website looks like you just need to cut the rag joint off install a bearing and drill and pin the shaft use a mini starter and the headers they say to use but they say you can use stock manifolds also and that is about it the price is cheaper on Ebay

I paid around $1350 for my kit on Ebay.

My install was pretty simple, as I did not have a powertrain in the car. The R&P and mounting plate takes the place of the belly bar.

You can download the installation instructions online if you wish.
