    I have a 1971 ford maverick.
    I was wondering how many v8 mavericks were made in 1971.
    My Mav's vin # is 1k91F215386.

    Do you know if a marti report, would give a complete rundown
    of how many v8 mavs were produced in 71.??

    Add up total production then multiply by 11.2% ... that is how many V8 mavs were made ...

    Mike ... I don't think 11.2% of each type would be accurate ... :)

    does this mean that the rear gear is a 3.51,, because thats wrong... i have a 2.79 gear in mine

    My 71 is a disc brake car. How come it says disc brakes were not an option?

    It is because disc brakes were not available in 1971 and somebody has added them to your 1971. :D

    I would say a Marti Report could give you the info you seek. I would specifically ask for that info if that is what you want to know.

    the 'R' is for reverse in the transmission..... ;)
