wiring harness

    where should i go to find a wiring harness for a 69 mav with a 89 302 t-5.
    i also need a computer. does anyone have what i need or know where i can find one?

    Computer? I'm guessing you pulled an EFI from whatever you got that 5.0 from?

    As far as a wiring harness, Painless Performance makes good easy to use products, and you can also find cheaper imitations on the market. If you are looking for a used one, I suggest you dont. 30 year old wires are a big pain to deal with.

    i bought the motor without an EFI or any wires, i have also been to the pianless website but im not relly sure which one i need.

    Well if you don't have EFI and you are going to use a Carb then you don't need a computer

    Like DaMadman said, go with a carb. If you want to go EFI, you need to find a complete efi harness, manifold, ecu, the whole works, and pull it all from the same car.

    If you want a painless harness for the whole car, go with the 12 or 18 circut universal kit, depending on how many accesorys you think you will need. The instructions in the kits are very good and easy to follow.
